225 School of Medicine graduates met in Madrid in the Alumni Meeting convened by the School and Universidad de Navarra Hospital. During the conference, participants got to know the MedUnav 2020 project and the building of the new Universidad de Navarra Hospital in Spain´s capital city.

Doctor Secundino Fernández, dean of the School and doctor at the Universidad de Navarra hospital, highlighted how "graduates are key for the present and future of the School of Medicine, that´s the reason why we want to make them part of our plans and tell them what we expect from them".

José Andrés Gómez Cantero, Hospital Director, said that the new Universidad de Navarra Hospital in Madrid "is born like an answer to the demands of patients that get their health attention in our ambulatory center every day. This new hospital will host different medical specialties". 

Participants came from different public and private hospitals in Madrid as Gregorio Marañón, 12 de Octubre, La Paz, Puerta de Hierro, Clínico de Madrid, La Princesa, Ramón y Cajal, Infanta Leonor, Ruber, Anderson, Gómez Ulla and CUN Madrid, among others. Graduates that are working in private clinics and different institutions also took part in the event.
