Ruth Breeze, researcher at the ‘Public Discourse' project of the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS) and professor at the Institute of Modern Languages of the University of Navarra, has edited the book Interpersonality in Legal Genres jointly with Maurizio Gotti, professor of the Universitá degli Studi di Bergamo (Italy), and, Carmen Sancho of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. This book is part of the 'Linguistic Insights' series of the prestigious academic publisher Peter Lang.

About the editors

Ruth Breeze has conducted extensive researching and publishing work in the area of discourse analysis applied to the language of the media and in the area of specialized discourse focusing particularly in the field of legal English. Currently she is a researcher at the Institute of Culture and Society and professor at the Institute of Modern Languages.

Maurizio Gotti is a professor of English Language and Translation; Director of the Department of Foreign Languages, Literature and Communication; and, director of the Research Centre for LSP Research (CERLIS) at the Universita degli Studi in di Bergamo. His main research areas are the features and origins of specialized discourse.

Carmen Sancho is a senior assistant in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, where he teaches English. His research focuses on the interdisciplinary analysis of the academic and professional genres and discourses, and the innovation in teaching and learning academic skills.
