Alumni access

Former students who have graduated from the University of Navarra have access to the libraries and equipment and may use the loan service and some of the electronic resources.

How to access the library

To access the libraries of the University it is necessary to request the card in advance from the Alumni Office, completing and submitting the form along with a photocopy of one’s National ID card and a passport photo.

This card will be valid for one year. Annually, the Alumni Office must be contacted to reactivate it, through the email alumni@unav.es.

For the use of the computers, the access to electronic resources and the Library account (consultation and renewal of loans), they must request the credentials from the Alumni Office. For any further queries or details, contact alumni@unav.es

Information on the functioning of the Library

On the first visit, they can request information on the functioning of the Library at the counter

Loan

Up to ten books and ten audiovisual items can be borrowed for a maximum of ten days. The books may be renewed up to five times and audiovisual items twice.

Electronic resources

Former students who have graduated from the university have access to:

SAGE Journals provide access to close to 2,000 journals and 1,000 online books published by Elsevier across all disciplines, although the sciences are predominant.

ScienceDirect provides access to more than 600 titles published by SAGE. They include economics, humanities, social science, technology, and medicine journals.

eLibro is a multidisciplinary platform containing over 63,000 books in electronic format.

Unika, allows for the search of the entire Library catalog, databases, journal portals and the institutional repository Dadun. It provides access to millions of full-text articles, although in some cases access may be limited due to agreements with publishers.

Access is by using the credentials provided when the card is first issued.
