Study Rooms
The libraries offer rooms for individual study in complete silence. During examination periods, classrooms are allocated as study areas and other rooms of the library are repurposed to increase the number of places. There is an online reservation system that allows users to reserve study desks in advance.
Policy
Bottles with a lid are permitted but no food, cans or coffee permitted.
Remain silent so as not to interrupt the study of others.
Make good use of the reservation system
Reserve your place before visiting the Library.
Only reserve a place if you are going to use it. If you can’t make it, cancel your reservation.
Register (check-in) as soon as you arrive at your study desk. Please also do so when you change places or begin a new block of time slots.
If you leave the place for longer than 30 minutes, please check out and leave the place clear.
Don’t occupy a place if you have not reserved it first.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation and blocking of the right to reserve for seven days.
