Linda Mol MA
Museums and Heritage Consultant
Linda Mol is a senior consultant and (interim) project manager in the museums and heritage field. She started her museum career as curator in the National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden, the Netherlands. During the refurbishment of this museum she became project manager. Ever since Linda’s main focus has been on museum redevelopment and innovation: in the National Maritime Museum Amsterdam she was responsible as Head of Exhibition & Interpretation for the refurbishment of the complete museum, including the development of public programmes. In recent years she worked as Interim Head of Research & Exhibitions in the National Archives in The Hague and as consultant for museums with plans for redevelopment. Furthermore she is guest lecturer, member of several (inter)national advisory committees and museum boards, and member of the judging panel of the European Museum of the Year Award.
