Ms. Rodrigo has Degree in Geography and History from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) and with a Master’s Degree from the Business School ESADE. Her background also includes several postgraduate courses in organization and analysis methods; market research; international studies and in management systems CRM. She is a lecturer at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid.

Rosa Rodrigo developed her career within the corporate and product marketing field in companies such as Dun & Bradstreet, AC Nielsen Company and Fira Barcelona, directing various functional areas including Commercial and Communication (advertising, image, media, events, institutional relations and corporate reputation). Afterwards, she focused on promoting new business lines for the Consorci de la Zona Franca in Barcelona, developing projects such as the Shopping Center Barcelona Glòries, the Technology Park Vallès, as well as other projects related to investigation and innovation in Barcelona like MediaTIC and Innovation Zone BZ.

Since 2013 she is the Strategic Business Development, Commercial and Audiences Director at Museo Nacional Reina Sofía with the purpose of attracting new business opportunities. She manages the different departments dedicated to raising museum’s incomes: ticket sales and corporate and singular visits; sponsorship; venue hiring; loyalty programs; and management of the Museum’s shops and restaurants (creation of new concepts). In addition, Ms. Rodrigo leads the development of policies for attracting visitors, new audiences and improvement of visit experience. Moreover, she launches new technological developments such as the implementation of a global CRM for the Museum.
