1. Enrollment
Enrollment is completed once per academic year. Upon completing the enrollment process, students have a 15 day period in which students can make changes to their registration; at the end of 15 days the enrollment is finalized and cannot be changed or revoked. Students who withdraw from the program will not be refunded their processing fee nor are they able to enroll in a different program for the same academic year.
If a student fails to complete the enrollment process the same academic year in which the student is admitted to the program, admission is revoked. After completing the first year of studies, admission status is revoked if more than one academic year passes without renewing the course enrollment.
Enrollment is completed for entire academic years. Students moving on to the next year of studies will enroll in the courses for the upcoming year, and, if necessary, any outstanding or incomplete courses from prior years.
Students who are not admitted into the next year of studies will enroll in the remaining courses required to complete the current year of studies.
