Purpose Strength Framework®
Conceptualizes the purpose and the main processes to implement it and deploy its effects
The Purpose Strength Framework ® developed by professors from Unav, Harvard and professionals from the DPMC Foundation, conceptualizes the term purpose, with its three dimensions (identity, meaning and mission) and the relationships to define a consistent purpose (authenticity, coherence and integrity).
It also identifies two basic requirements to initiate the transformation process towards a purpose-driven company (top management commitment and design of a purpose-based strategy), lists the basic processes to implement the purpose (knowledge, internalization and contribution) and its levers (purpose deployment, purpose-based leadership, management systems and communication) and, finally, details the three main benefits of purpose implementation (individual commitment, collective unity and organizational performance).
