With a humanistic vision of management, we seek to generate knowledge to increase the sense of purpose in organizations.
We have developed tools to diagnose the purpose implementation in an organization.
We are generating a longitudinal, multilevel data observatory to be able to analyze the benefits of the purpose, its impact on sustainability and under what conditions it is most effectively implemented.
We combine quantitative analysis with qualitative dynamics to gain a more complete understanding of the business reality.
